Zach Ayers began his career in 2021 as a Geotech with Bronco Creek/EMX, gaining valuable experience in fieldwork and exploration. His hard work and dedication quickly led to leadership roles, progressing to Operations Manager.

As one of Scout's founding members, Zach oversees drilling logistics and manages all field programs, including both in-house projects and contracted work. His expertise, built through hands-on experience, plays a critical role in the success of Scout's operations.
