Matt has been a key member of Scout Discoveries since its founding in January 2023. As the Office Manager, he plays a vital role in coordinating between field crews and upper management to ensure seamless operations both in the office and in the field. In addition to his managerial duties, Matt also serves as the in-office accountant, managing the company's financial records with precision.

Before joining Scout Discoveries, Matt gained valuable experience as a wildland firefighter, serving three seasons with the US Forest Service. He also has an extensive military background, having served for approximately eight years in the US Army, where he held the position of Infantry Rifle Squad Leader.
