Marcos began working for Scout Discoveries Corp. in August 2023. He was introduced to the industry in 2021 with Bronco Creek Exploration/EMX Royalty, where he met Curtis Johnson, now the CEO of Scout, while doing fieldwork. Since joining Scout, Marcos has continued his fieldwork and taken on additional responsibilities related to preparation work, including processing core samples through imaging, cutting, and sampling.
