Ben began his career at EMX Royalty Corp. in 2020, where he worked until 2022. During his tenure, he played a key role in the development and progression of gold-silver (Au-Ag) projects, which ultimately contributed to the formation of Scout Discoveries Corp.'s current portfolio in Idaho. As one of the founding team members of Scout Discoveries Corp., Ben has been instrumental in its establishment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Nevada, Reno.
